Justin Michael Releases “Temporary”

Over the past few months I’ve posted notes about the latest song Justin Michael was working on at Tesco Productions. Well working around various holiday and work schedules Temporary has been released and can be viewed in video form also. The song tells us that everything – yes everything linked just to this life is temporary and therefore we should focus our resources on that which will outlive us. My family has recently experienced a situation that makes the fleeting nature of this world’s goods painfully clear. If life isn’t lived for that which is beyond, then we can count on everything we lived for ultimately disappearing as well when we leave this present journey. Thank you Justin, for reminding us there is a way to live life hereafter.

Stuart Oxford Working Up His Songs

Stuart Oxford has been into Tesco Productions several times over the past few months laying down the origins of tunes he’s been writing. Stuart Oxford His stories in song include reflections on his personal experiences, faith and observations on this world and life around us. Stuart finds coming to the studio helps him hear how the songs are coming together, and having a schedule for the next session keeps him on task to practice and work on his music. He’s become a regular and we’ll see where this journey goes. Keep up the work.

Glory Road Hosts Final Concert

Glory Road Gospel Quartet held their concluding concert earlier this month – wrapping up over 15 years of singing and sharing God’s message with thousands of listeners.  Time had brought two members to retirement, one found the mountains of Colorado inviting and the other is raising a family, so the group concluded it was time to leave this part of their lives in memory and thankfulness.  I was able to attend along with my wife and another friend and had many on-going reflections as the extended musical evening unfolded.  Tesco Productions had the opportunity of recording several of their CDs – in fact Glory Road has the record for the most repeat projects of any musician or group.  Thank you for continuing your loyalty and trust as we all worked together over the years putting together each project.

During the course of the evening multiple persons were honored and recognized for their involvement with the group in various capacities – including former and present members.  I was also surprised to receive a Certificate of Appreciation which I will highly value over the coming years and display in the studio.  Thank you so much.  It was an honor to know each of you and to work alongside you in His kingdom.  CDs will be available until later in 2016 and information about obtaining them can be found at this link.Glory Road honors Tesco Productions
