Sarah Meyers recently recorded a special surprise treat for her family – laying down several Christmas and gospel songs. Sarah said she’s been wanting to get this done for a while and now it’s complete. Drawing on her background in theater and vocal training the final product will be a nice listen. Her husband captured the occasion to camera and one of those pics is shown here. Good job Sarah and I know your family will enjoy.

Carmelita De La Guardia has spent part of several days this month recording new acoustic renditions of her wide-varied repertoire.  It’s been several years since her last Enchanting Voice CD was released and she is now showcasing her new presentation style with guitarist Al Anderson.  Common to both recordings is their multi-lingual aspect – a unique listening experience from Carmelita’s birth place, education and living locations.  We’re planning to fill out the music with additional guitar overlays, bass and percussion.

Carmelita has kept at her music and life in spite of challenging health issues.  As she says, “This brings me such joy.  I have to keep doing it!”  Hopefully we’ll all capture that joy and you can share in it when this disc is released.

Sisters Lisabeth and Kirsten have put the finishing touches on Justin Wissink’s original contemporary gospel recording by adding harmony and violin respectively to the song “God of Heaven”.  It is fitting they would be honored to be part of this song as it reflects a life story very close to them and Justin.  Pics of those involved in Justin’s recording can be found in our photo gallery.
